Hello there, I’m Tracy. For over 15 years, I had the joy of being an Ofsted Outstanding childminder, caring for and nurturing more than 250 children – a role that truly felt like the best job in the world. However, the time came to move closer to my daughter and embrace the life affirming journey of Grandmotherhood with the arrival of my wonderful grandson. That was when I decided to establish Neil and Roo. This venture stemmed from my astonishment at the high prices of children’s clothing and essentials. I wanted to ensure that everyone, regardless of budget, could access high-quality clothing and accessories, educational toys and digital downloads related to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Leveraging my childcare background, my aim is to empower parents and carers to partake in engaging activities with their little ones, fostering independent play and meaningful learning experiences. Together, we’re making memories and promoting learning through play in a way that’s both enriching and affordable.
